When you’re playing Warzone, you don’t actually need to buy your own Loadout Drop as they spawn throughout every standard game. Here’s when you can get your hands on one.
If there’s one way you can easily improve your chances in a standard Warzone lobby, it’s by grabbing your Custom Class from a Loadout Drop.
This means you can get your hands on your custom-built weapons as well as the three-perk loadout you would have in Multiplayer. We all know how useful Ghost can be in Multi, but it’s vital in Warzone.
Below, we have all you need to know about getting a free Loadout Drop spawn in Warzone.
When Does A Loadout Drop Spawn In Warzone?
In every standard game of Warzone, you can expect a Loadout Drop to spawn two times throughout.
Firstly, there will be a Loadout Drop that spawns ten seconds before the first circle closes.
These will often spawn in clusters of two or three, but it is proximity-based so you might find your Loadout Drop spawning on its’ own.
Of course, you can buy yourself one before but these do cost $10,000 so you might not have the money by the time your free one drops.

The second Loadout Drop spawn is at the start of the fifth circle.
As you might imagine, this is pretty close to the endgame so it’s a dangerous time to go for a Loadout Drop.
With the size of the circle and the proximity to other squads, these often spawn in larger clusters of four, five, or even six!
They can be useful if you’re spawning in from the Gulag and you need your loadout fast but be warned… People are always watching them.
So, the best course of action is to drop on the edge of the circle and try to grab your Loadout Drop on the way through.
