Pokemon Legends Arceus Announced

During the recent Pokemon Presents event, it was announced that a new Pokemon game called Pokemon Legends Arceus will be released.

What Is Pokemon Legends Arceus?

Pokemon Legends Arceus is a brand new Pokemon game that appears to be an open-world game set in a Japanese themed region.

Graphically the game looks fairly similar to the recent Pokemon Sword & Shield.

During the reveal trailer we got to see some interesting mechanics for the game.

Instead of battling wild Pokemon to capture them, we saw the main character sneak around in bushes to throw a Pokeball at an unsuspecting Pokemon.

Battles are still in the game, with a players team still being able to fight wild Pokemon, we also assume there will be trainer and Gym battles too.

Players will get to choose between Rowlet, Cyndaquil or Oshawott as their starter Pokemon

It has been announced that the game will launch worldwide in 2022.
