With the massive success of the last title Monster Hunter: World, the Monster Hunter franchise has really found its western market in a way that previous titles weren’t really able to and with that market success.

It’s only reasonable that many players who may not have given World a try are joining the new player base of Monster Hunter: Rise.

1. Weilding Your Weapon

5. Don’t Forget Your Pals!

Monster Hunter veterans may be familiar with the many uses that the games free and furry friends the Palico may have to offer, but newbie hunters may find themselves not investing time in developing their in-game pets/partners.

Both the Palico and newly added Palamute come with a wide variety of skills of their own as well as weapons and armor to be crafted.

Palicos come in a variety of types that will dictate what sort of support they can provide.

Palamutes not only offer excellent mobility, but also a wide variety of combat and support moves.

Make sure to spend some time leveling up your partners by taking them on quests and completing specific village requests to make new abilities available to them.
