Respawn Entertainment has delivered the latest Apex Legends trailer for its upcoming Season 9 update just today.

The trailer featured new characters like Valkyrie and Ash taking the spotlight as they take part in the Apex Games too, which also promises content beyond its battle royale rules.

Season 9 Content

As seen on the latest Apex Legends Season 9 premiere trailer, the Legends were seen fighting in new areas.

We were also introduced the new Legend, Valkyrie, and Ash as she works on the Apex Games on the sidelines. We’ve yet to fully see what is Ash’s role in the battle royale tournament.

The whole season 9 premiere trailer also featured the Legends fighting in new areas which could be found in the upcoming season update. The official Season 9 promotional site confirms that Olympus will be overwhelmed with overgrowth for the map’s overhaul update.

Lore Throwback

Respawn Entertainment developers confirmed that Apex Legends Season 9 will contain content that will be a throwback to their previous game, Titanfall.

As seen with the inclusion of Valkyrie and the return of Ash, their words prove to be true. Valkyrie is the daughter of Viper, a former member of the Apex Predators. Viper was also one of the bosses of Titanfall 2.

Meanwhile, Ash is back to working with the Apex Predators once more as she did in the previous Titanfall games.

Ash was first introduced as an amnesiac robot found in a dumpster by Pathfinder.

However, this was short-lived as she immediately recovered her memories and started finding ways to assist the Apex Predators once again.

Other than highest rank to attain in Apex Legends, the Apex Predators were main enemy force met in Titanfall 2.
