Fortnite Trinity Challenge – After the Event

It’s here! The day of the Fortnite Trinity Trio Challenge is upon us, in partnership with Three/Windtre for EU players.

Players have been competing in full force this afternoon, Sunday, 14 March, 2021 between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm,to grab themselves the free Fortnite Trinity Trooper Skin (which, Epic have confirmed, will be available to purchase at a later date in the item shop).

With just the top 3,333 trios unlocking the Trooper Trinity skin, the matches have been somewhat, intense (a polite way of saying sweaty). And why wouldn’t they be, this skin is awesome!

How to score points

Players have been able to score the following placement points below, in order to progress up the rankings:

  • Victory Royale – + 6 pts
  • Reach Top 3 – + 3 pts
  • Reach Top 6 – + 2 pts
  • Reach Top 10 – + 2 pts
  • Reach Top 20 – +2 pts
  • Reach Top 33 – + 1 pt
  • Each Elimination – +1 pt

However all is not lost, players who have participated in 5 matches on the day, are to be rewarded with 2 emoticons.

When Will Trinity Be Available In The Item Shop?

Players that were unable to earn the Trinity skin is the tournament will be able to purchase it in the Item Shop at a later date.

Usually, there is a couple of days wait before it will be released, so it is possible we may have to wait until Season 6 before it becomes available.

Trinity will likely become available around Tuesday or Wednesday next week, although nothing is confirmed yet.
