Yoimiya genshin

Stats

According to leaks surrounding both her ascension and talents stats progression, Yoimiya’s stats seem to be pretty similar to the game’s current 5-stars, going from 25 base ATK at level 1, to 323 at level 90, according to Honey Impact. She will also have a Crit Rate Ascension Stat.

Another point worth mentioning is in the function of the second level of her charged shot, which will allow her to shot 3 extra Pyro infused Shots, dealing up to 38% Elemental Damage to adjacent enemies. Her fully charged Pyro-infused shot will deal, according to the leaks, up to 294.5% ATK as Pyro Damage.

Elemental Skill and Burst

One of Yoimiya’s strongest points, like that of all Pyro characters in the game, is in her ability to cause high damaging reactions, and her Elemental Skill, ”Teika Fire-Dance”, will, according to Honey Impact, do just that, infusing her normal attacks with Pyro, dealing up to 176.5% of her normal ATK as Pyro Damage.

Her Elemental Burst ”Ryukin Saxifrage”, on the other hand, seems like an ability useful for both DPS’s and Supports alike, dealing high AoE damage, and generating extra Pyro damage when attacked by teammates.

You can check out the stats and descriptions of both skills, as is present on Honey impact, below:

Constellations

According to Honey Impact, her constellations will be focused on increasing her overall damage, between all of them, her second constellation ”A Procession of Bonfires”, which increases her elemental normal ATK damage by 20% upon scoring a Crit, and her sixth constellation ”Naganohara Meteor Swarm”, which will give her a chance of firing an extra blazing arrow during her normal attacks, dealing 50% of her normal ATK damage, really stand out.

You can see the description of all of her constellation below, as is present on Honey impact:

Passive Talents

Her Passive talents, on the other hand, will both boost her normal attack’s elemental damage during Teika Fire-Dance, with ”Tricks of the Trouble-Maker”, and increase the overall damage of party members after using her Burst, with ”Summer Scorch”, an ability ideal to enable big hits from Burst Supports.

With that said, Yoimiya seems to be a character who can work both as a top-tier Elemental DPS, with her full set fitting the role perfectly, as well as a good Burst Support, even if the first is the only one who actually uses her abilities and passives to the fullest.

  • Like with all Pyro DPS, her damage can scale to Celestia with the right support, thanks to the Melt and Vaporize reactions.

On another note, don’t expect her charged shot to deal the same damage output as Ganyu’s, as, contrary to her Cryo counterpart, her kit will not be focused on maximizing its efficiency, but on dealing Elemental Damage with her normal attacks, as well as increasing her Crit, which, with the right support, will possibly hit just as hard to be in par with the Cryo archer.
