Genshin Impact wants your feedback about version 1.4 and recent events, they’re even willing to pay you for it, in free Mora at least.
The survey has been sent out on the 16th of April 2021 and you likely already have it in your inbox waiting for you to log in.
The Genshin Impact Survey for Free Mora
Upon logging in you should have a message in your mailbox, which will reveal itself to be this, the Genshin Impact Version Satisfaction Survey.
I know what some of you will be thinking, as well. “It’s not free mora if I have to deal with tedious survey shenanigans” and honestly, I agree with you, I wouldn’t do a long one for Mora in Genshin Impact at all.
With that established, however, the whole thing honestly only takes a minute or so, – it took me 4 minutes even answering everything in full, taking notes for this article about it, and saving images for it.
So not bad time investment for 30k Mora, honestly.

In any case, to get started simply login to Genshin Impact and hit the Go to Survey link, which will open it in-game for you.
What’s in the survey?
The Boring Bit
It opens with the usual identity questions to help them group data by metrics If I had to guess, you’ll be asked for your Year of birth, gender, and platform you play Genshin on at the start.
I should note that the Survey only gave the options for PC/Mobile for me – perhaps it wasn’t sent out for consoles, or perhaps the options are tailored to the game client it detects.
You are also asked at the end on your current opinion of Genshin itself, such as whether you will continue playing and recommend it to friends.
The Actual Survey
When those basic details are out of the way, you’ll get quite a lot of simple game focused questions about things focused on 1.4.
The survey leads with asking players if they have either of Venti and Tartaglia – notably both recently available 5* characters – and if they do have them, it asks for opinions about them.

Following that, it’ll ask about all of the following in varying degrees of detail. If you didn’t experience any of these, the option to simply say you don’t remember or didn’t is available, so don’t let that stop you from entering the Survey just for that Free Mora.

- Most Recent Battlepass
- Hangout events and whether you want more of them
- Contending Tides
- Wishful Drops
The survey is honestly quite simple and will really not take long to complete, and when you’re done you’ll be greeted with this screen.
