If you want to redeem codes for Genshin Impact, one option available to most platforms is heading to the website here, logging in and selecting the correct server for your intended character.
From there you simply need to enter the code. An image is included below of the only pieces needed to be filled out after logging in on the website, and character nickname will automatically fill out when it detects a character on your selected server.

How to redeem Genshin Impact codes in game
Codes can also be redeemed in game on some platforms. To do so, simply bring up the Paimon menu – on PC this is done by pressing escape, and on mobile simply tapping the Paimon icon will do this.
From here, open settings, head down to account, and then the second option available should be redeem code – pressing this will result in the screen below.

Simply enter your code in and there you go, your code can be redeemed here too.
What next?
After you’ve redeemed your code, all you need to do is check your mailbox in game and see if you have the reward waiting for you already.
Usually they’re sent out pretty quickly and you’ll get them within about a minute, though if a code was just announced it might take longer as the system works through everyone plugging the code in at once.

Just find the mail related to the code you redeemed in your mailbox, open it and redeem the rewards.
Alternatively, just hit claim all and pull in the rewards from every message in your mailbox at once, saving you a few clicks.
