According to Sensor Tower’s estimates, the mobile version of miHoYo’s Genshin Impact became the fastest mobile game to break the $1 Billion earnings barrier on Google Play and in the Apple Store. Passing the mark only 6 months after its official release in September of 2020.

According to the site’s intelligence, the game has generated an insane amount of $5.8 million a day since its release. With China topping the list of countries who spend more, followed by Japan, and then the United States, in the third place.
To showcase even more the success of the game, Sensor Tower revealed single-day spending estimates on the day of the release of some of the game’s most popular banners.

Also according to Sensor Tower, Genshin is the No.1 top grossing mobile game worldwide right now, generating more than 129 million dollars in the last 30 days.

The most amazing thing about the number is the fact that Genshin is also available in consoles and PC, and even if many PC players use their mobile account for their in-game purchases, the console version without any doubt increases that number even further beyond.
Genshin Impact is currently available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, via backward compatibility, mobile devices (Google Play, and iOS), and PC, via miHoYo’s official launcher.
