Since before miHoYo’s Genshin Impact official release in September of last year, one of its most beloved characters has been the cryo sword user Kamisato Ayaka, also known as the Lady of the Kamisato House.

Ayaka won the hearts of many fans with her gameplay, filled with stylish combos, fast strikes. Her move-set also resembles another fan-favourite character, the Yuheng of the Liyue Qixing, Keqing, as both of them can coat their weapons with their specific element.

When will Ayaka be released?

Until now, months after the game’s official release, there’s still no news about the character release date.

All we know is that Ayaka will be a central character in the Inazuma region-focused chapter, speculated to be the focus of Version 1.5.

There’s a high chance that Ayaka will also star on the new version’s first character banner.

But What about Version 1.4?

According to many leaks and unofficial sources, Genshin Impact’s Version 1.4 will focus on Mondstadt’s Windblume Festival and will feature a rerun banner for the 5-star character Venti, featured in the game’s very first character banner.

The new 4-star character, Rosaria, is also rumoured to be featured in the new version, making her playable debut in the game.

The version is speculated to be released a few days after the end of the current banner, with many leaks of new quests, bosses, and events already circulating.

Is also good to point out that all information related to the game’s next big update was not confirmed by miHoyo, and is the result of leaks and speculation.
