It was revealed today, on the Forza series official site and social media accounts, that Forza Horizon 4, will be arriving on Steam on March 9, in celebration of the title’s second anniversary. That will mark the first time that a title of the acclaimed racing franchise will be available on the platform. 

Three versions of the game will be available on the release date, it’s Standard Edition, Deluxe Edition, and Ultimate Edition. Crossplay between all the platforms has also been confirmed.

Here is a brief description of Forza Horizon 4 from the Steam listing:

”Dynamic seasons change everything at the world’s greatest automotive festival. Go it alone or team up with others to explore beautiful and historic Britain in a shared open world. Collect, modify and drive over 450 cars. Race, stunt, create and explore – choose your own path to become a Horizon Superstar.”

Forza Horizon 4 was developed by Playground Games and Turn 10 Studios and was released on September 28 of 2018, exclusively, at the time, for Windows 10 and the Xbox One. Now, the game can also be played on the new Xbox Series X|S, and on mobile devices via cloud gaming for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, and now after March 9 it will also be available on Steam.
