The PlayStation Showcase event has just taken place, with Sony showing off many new titles that are set to release over the coming year and beyond.

Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic Remake Confirmed

To kick off the PlayStation Showcase, a short reveal trailer was shown that Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic Remake is in development.

Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic was first released back in 2003 on the original Xbox and PC, developed by Bioware, who went on to create titles such as Dragon Age and Mass Effect, with both being very heavily inspired by the gameplay mechanics found in KOTOR.

The trailer was very short, with no footage revealed, so we don’t expect the game to be released any time, but hopefully, we will hear more about it in the coming months.

A New Project Eve Trailer Was Revealed

A new trailer for the South Korean RPG, Project Eve, was revealed during the event. Project Eve does look to take influence from many JRPG’s, with the fighting style being similar to games such as Final Fantasy XV, but with more of an action focus.

This game looks incredibly fun and we’re excited to find out more about it.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Release Date Announced

A new trailer for the Borderlands spin-off, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, was showcased at the event, with an official release date being announced.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will launch on March 25th, 2022 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

New Forspoken Trailer Released

A new trailer for the former Project Athia was revealed during the PlayStation Showcase event. Forspoken is being developed with the intention of showcasing the capabilities of the PlayStation 5, with the game featuring ray tracing for greatly enhanced lighting effects and procedural generation for the creation of large-scale game locations.

Forspoken is set to release in Spring 2022 on both PlayStation 5 and PC.

Alan Wake Remastered Will Be Released Next Month

A few days ago it was officially announced that Alan Wake Remastered will be coming soon, bringing the decade-old title to a new generation of gamers.

The official trailer showcased during the event confirms the earlier leak that Alan Wake Remastered will be released on October 5th on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Epic Games Store.

GTA V Expanded & Enhanced Edition Delayed

This news will likely upset no one, come on Rockstar just give us GTA 6 already. It has been revealed that the third-gen GTA V port, the Expanded & Enhanced edition, will now be released in March 2022, instead of its original release date of November 2021.

New Ghostwire Tokyo Trailer Released

Despite Microsoft now owning Bethesda, they are still honoring their existing partnerships, with Ghostwire: Tokyo bypassing the Xbox Series X|S, at least for now.

Ghostwire: Tokyo will launch on PS5 and PC in Spring 2022.

A New Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy Trailer Released Ahead Of Its Launch Next Month

Following on from the success of Marvel’s The Avengers, Square-Enix is set to release another entry on October 26th, this time following the Guardians Of The Galaxy.

Bloodhunt Beta Available Now

Bloodhunt is a brand new Battle Royale game set in the Vampire: The Masquerade universe.

A treacherous betrayal has stirred a war amongst the vampires, who are also being targeted for annihilation by a secret society known as the Entity. Use your supernatural powers, weapons, and wits in this thrilling battle royale game to dominate the night and restore the Masquerade.

New Deathloop Trailer Released Ahead Of Next Weeks Launch

Deathloop will finally launch next week on September 14th, with the game releasing exclusively on PlayStation 5 when it comes to consoles, it will also release on PC too.

Kid A Mnesia Exhibition Celebrates 21 Years Ff Radiohead’s Kid A and Amnesiac

Coming this November, the Kid A Mnesia Exhibition is an upside-down digital/analogue universe created from original artwork and recordings to commemorate 21 years of Radiohead’s Kid A and Amnesiac.

Radiohead will be teaming up with Epic Games for this exhibition and we’re not really sure what to expect from it, but we’re very curious to find out.

New Tchia Trailer Revealed

Tchia is a tropical Open-World adventure. Climb, glide, swim, and sail your boat around a beautiful archipelago in this physics-driven sandbox. Use Tchia’s Soul Jumping ability to take control of any animal or object you can find, and Jam on your fully playable Ukulele.

This game looks like it’ll be a lot of fun and we’re excited to check it out when it launches in 2022 on PS4, PS5, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Uncharted: Legacy Of Thieves Collection Set To Release On PS5 & PC

During the PlayStation Showcase event, it was announced that the iconic PlayStation series Uncharted will be receiving the remaster treatment in the form of the Uncharted Legacy Of Thieves Collection.

The collection will feature two PlayStation 4 titles, 2014’s Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy which was released in 2017.

It was also revealed that the game will be releasing on PC alongside the PS5, marking the first time that the series has been available on PC.

Uncharted Legacy Of Thieves Collection will launch in early 2022.

Gran Turismo 7 Release Date Revealed

It has been confirmed that Gran Turismo 7 will be releasing on March 4th, 2022, and will be available on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Announced

Marvel’s Spider-Man is often hailed as one of the greatest titles on the PlayStation 4, with a spin-off sequel, Miles Morales, acting as a launch title for the PlayStation 5.

During the PlayStation Showcase event, it was revealed that the 2018 game will be receiving a true sequel in the form of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.

The game is set to release in 2023, although no specific date was given. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will likely also launch exclusively on the PlayStation 5.

God Of War Ragnarok Gameplay Finally Revealed

After months of waiting following its official reveal last year, we finally got to see gameplay for the upcoming God Of War Ragnarok, which follows on from the fantastic God Of War that was released in 2018 on the PlayStation 4.

God Of War Ragnarok looks to showcase the power of the PS5, graphically it is stunning and we’re so excited to see what it will look like when running on the console, especially in 4K.

Marvel’s Wolverine Announced

It was a busy day for Marvel, with the reveal of Spider-Man 2, and to close out the show it was announced that a new Wolverine game is in development too.

We didn’t get to see much from the game, except for Wolverine’s preparing to fight a man in the bar before the screen cut to black.
