Pokemon Go: Where can I find all the different Furfrou Trims / Forms?

Furfrou in the Pokemon anime

Pokemon Go will soon be releasing Furfrou as part of the Fashion Week 2021 event, so we made sure to make a list of all the trims / forms available.

Furfrou will be launching with a new form changing mechanic to allow it to use all of the forms it is known for throughout the series, and only some of them may be available to you at any given time due to regional restrictions. In other words, if you want all the Furfrou imaginable, be prepared to travel the world for them.

All Furfrou forms and Trims in Pokemon Go

When you capture wild Furfrou in Pokemon Go, they’ll be encountered in their Natural Form variant rather than any of the other trim options, which is shown below.

If you’re not a fan of the wild look; don’t worry, this new form change mechanic added for Furfrou with Fashion week has plans to deal with that for you.

There is a small cost involved, and as always a few restrictions on your fun as you might expect, but you should always be able to access at least a few other forms. So let’s get into those other forms, shall we?

All of the Furfrou Trims/Forms

I’ve made sure to grab a complete list of all the Furfrou trims coming to Pokemon Go for you, though you’ll need a form change to access a lot of them.

Therefore unless specified as wild, you should assume a form change is needed for any of the specific Furfrou forms available in Pokemon Go. Some event encounters might already have a form, but wild Furfrou is likely to always be found in Natural form.

  • Natural – Wild, global
  • Matron – Global
  • Dandy – Global
  • Debutante – Americas
  • Diamond – Europe, Middle East, Africa
  • Star – Asia-Pacific
  • Le Reine – France
  • Kabuki – Japan
  • Pharaoh – Egypt
  • Heart – Currently unknown

As a reminder, if you didn’t catch this detail in our article about Fashion Week 2021 – the event that added Furfrou -, you’ll need 10,000 stardust and 25 Furfrou candy per trim change you want to make.

What else is there to know about Trims / forms?

It doesn’t seem like there will be any difference in gameplay between the various trims, or forms, depending on your term preference, available for Furfrou in Pokemon Go based on everything so far, though it should be said that Furfrou is likely being used as a test-bed for this change form mechanic.

Niantic might be playing it safe with Furfrou in Pokemon Go to iron out the system so that it’s ready for form changes that would have gameplay differences, such as standard and armoured Mewtwo or the Incarnate and therian formes of the forces of nature trio.

In any case, that’s about everything to say for Furfrou and this new form mechanic in Pokemon Go, realistically.
